Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

We use DHL express for all international orders.

How long will it take to get my order?

We use DHL Express and dispatch within 1-2 days of order placement. Depending on your location, you will receive your order within 3-14 days.

How much do you charge for shipping?

All international orders are shipped by DHL express and carry a flat rate charge of $14.95 for NZ, $24.95 everywhere else.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use DHL express for fast and reliable shipping.

What if no one is home when my parcel is delivered?

If you are not available at your nominated delivery address, and the delivery driver deems it unsafe to leave your parcel, the driver will leave a sorry we missed you card so you can make an alternative delivery time.

Of course, if the delivery driver can locate a safe spot to leave your parcel, They will do so and mark your delivery as "delivered" on the tracking website.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Can I return my shoes if I don't like them?

Of course! We want you to love your purchase, so we offer a 30 day refund and exchange policy. You are welcome to send your shoes back for a full refund or exchange if they do not fit or aren't what you were after.

Yes, absolutely! You can send your unworn shoes back for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

What if I think my shoes are faulty?

If you have received faulty goods, or if your shoes have developed manufacturing faults after they have been worn and the purchase was made within the 30-day return period, please contact us on support@vivazdance.com.au.

We may request some photos of the fault claim and we may also consult with the supplier or manufacturer to determine if the item is faulty.

If the item is found to be faulty, Vivaz Dance will either repair, replace or refund your order where appropriate.

How do I find my sizes?

Each product in our web store has its own size chart, developed in accordance with the specifications of that particular style. Click on the little measuring tape icon above the product description and the size chart will pop up.


Please check the size chart of the style you are purchasing for specifics of measurements and fit.

How do I know if my shoes fit correctly?

When you receive your Vivaz Dance shoes, please find a very clean, preferably carpeted area to try them on. If possible wear a very thin sock or stocking when trying on your shoes.

Your dance shoes should fit firm but not painful, and your toes should be flush to the edge of the shoe for an open toe shoe.

For closed toe shoes, they should still be firm, but you should have a few mm of wriggle room at the end of the shoe to avoid pain in your toes.

**Please note, dance shoes are made to fit firmer than regular street shoes. Our shoes will stretch about 1/2 a size after the first 3-4 wears, so it is very important that the shoes fit very firmly when you first receive them.**

Can I get my shoes personalised?

Yes, we are able to make some customisations for you. For any custom shoe requests please email vivaz@vivazdance.com.au and we can discuss options with you.

The product I ordered is not in stock, what now?

While we endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock, we will occasionally sell out. In the event that an ordered item isn't available, or we are unable to fulfil your order within the usual timeframe, we will notify you asap to advise whether we are able to place a backorder or discuss what other options are available to you.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with a link to track your order. You can also follow the status of your order by logging into your Vivaz account.

What if I have placed an order but I haven't received a confirmation email?

It can take up to 30 minutes for your confirmation email to arrive in your inbox. If it still isn’t there after 30 minutes, please check your junk folder. If it’s not there either, please get in touch with us at support@vivazdance.com.au so we can take a look.
