Returns and Exchanges

Our Mission is to make buying dance shoes online as easy and accessible as possible. If you have received your shoes and need a different size, want to switch to a different style altogether or simply return them for a refund, you can easily do so within 30 days of order fulfilment, as long as the shoes are in unused, unworn condition in their original packaging.

*We offer FREE return shipping for items over $100 and shipped within Australia.

*Note* We offer one complimentary return / exchange per order (for shoes over $100) If the shoes need to be exchanged a second time, or returned after an exchange has been made, you can purchase a pre-paid shipping label from us for $7.95 (each way) 

If you would like to lodge a return or exchange, please check the below criteria to ensure eligibility before creating your return.

*For items returned that were purchased on promotion using a quantity discount (buy 2 pairs and save 50% off the second pair), we will refund amount paid for the promoted/discounted item.
