**IMPORTANT FIT NOTES** 

***The Vespa shoes are very firm fitting shoes, some customers find that it is better to go up one size to allow for a little more wriggle room and you can always adjust them to fit closer to your foot by making the laces tighter. We suggest going with your usual size if you have a normal width or narrow foot, or one size up if you have a wide foot or a larger ankle area. Please note that if you receive the shoes and it's a struggle to zip them up because they are very tight, we suggest you send them back for an exchange (at no cost to you) so that we can get the right size to you. Unfortunately, if too much pressure is placed on the zip area because the shoes are too tight then the zip can break, the warranty for this is 30 days from delivery of the shoes.***

Delivery and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

If you are not home and the courier cannot find a safe place to leave your parcel, it will be taken to the nearest post office or collection point. A card or notification will be provided with instructions for collection.
